Content
- Articles should relate to the humanities and social sciences (Anthropology, Political Studies, History, Health Studies, English, Gender Studies, Psychology, Sociology etc.)
- Original ideas and diversity of topics is encouraged
- Submission of articles that are written for the original purpose of a class assignment is encouraged
- It is not a requirement to major in the humanities or social sciences to be eligible to write an article
- Articles must be between 2,000 and 4,000 words in length
- All articles should comply with the Canadian Press Style Guide (though this process can be completed during the editing stage)
Commitment
- Note that the timeline for the release of the journal is designed to create flexibility for writers throughout the editing process
- Commitment is required over the fall and winter semesters through until the editing process is completed (March 1st)
- Must respond diligently to all communications
- Must fulfill article feedback in a timely manner
Articles will be accepted on a rolling basis up until the deadline for submissions
